The SMAI MMA Grappling Nugget is an ideal tool for dynamic MMA based circuit training. It can be lifted, squatted, cleaned and hit making it a functional piece of fitness equipment for cage fitness programs.

Note: the MMA Grappling Nugget is not a ground and pound bag. If used under extreme conditions such as heavy pounding or throwing onto rough surfaces the life of this product will decrease. Please note as this is filled with rag the weight is not 100% accurate 20kg is a guide but it can vary by +/- 3kg depending on fill as we do not add sand or water to the filling process as this leads to issues
